Background
You have been assigned as the Human Resources Director for a multi-
national company that has offices in Asia and Europe. Your role involves ensuring that the company has effective global virtual teams that are being seen as the way forward for the company. As part of this exercise you train and develop employees in their role as effective virtual team members.
a) Critically evaluate the leadership required to meet the challenges
presented by global virtual teams to ensure global virtual teams are
successful across different time zones and cultures in a globalized
economy. What training will ultimately be required?
