Title of assignment: Part 1 Recorded poster presentation and interactive questions
Details:
Working as a team, students will complete all the necessary tasks to find and process the information for the content of the poster. Then, the students will individually produce a poster and record presenting it. Students will be awarded an individual mark for their poster presentation and answers to questions posed by the markers.
The recorded poster presentation will be assessed on the following:
• Students will carry out and record their presentations individually. Allowed presentation time will be up to 15 minutes.
• At the allocated time slot, based upon the information presented and the poster, students will be asked 2 questions to further explain, elaborate or justify their community profile (up to 5 minutes).
● Students will be asked to put their names and team number on the title slide.

Guidance for electronic poster:
The students are required to design and create a poster using Microsoft PowerPoint (ONE slide only). Maximum 5 references.
Relevant Content:
Students must demonstrate an awareness of the target audience (local commissioners) and the content of their poster must satisfy the requirements of their anticipated audience.

7.Additional Information:
Arrangements for students with additional needs
It is the student’s responsibility to make the assessment block lead aware of any adjustments they require to this assessment block as identified within their learning support profiles at least two weeks in advance of the examination date. In accordance with University practice, students who would normally receive additional time in written examinations (25%) will not be allowed any additional time during the examination itself due to its practical nature, unless this has been specifically identified on a learning support profile as a required adjustment and provided to the Department at least two weeks in advance of the examination date.
