Assume you work as a Strategic and Operational Business Manager for a multi national company which has its business operations across the world. The organisation sells products and services to its customers. The purpose of your role is to develop long-term strategic plan and implement them through short-term operational plans manage business operations budgets and financial marketing people and project delivery. As part of your role you are writing a report to formulate research and methodologies to support a long-term project. To meet each task you would have to answer assessment criteria.
Task 1:
Identify and justify a strategic investigative project by meeting following assessment criteria (A.C.)
